We’re not a big chain or a restaurant with a corporate office. We’re a family who lives right here in Calvert County—people who recognize familiar faces, enjoy good conversations, and believe that food tastes better when it’s made with care.
When you call us, you’re speaking to someone from our family or our long-time team. When you stop in, we do our best to remember your name, your smile, or even your usual order.

Is Our Food Authentic Thai?
Our recipes began with our family in Thailand. These are dishes our family grew up cooking, sharing, and celebrating with. But over the last 15 years, we’ve also learned from the community we serve.
If someone says, “I prefer it a little milder,” we listen.
If a family wants more vegetables or gluten-free options, we do our best to make it happen.
We don’t believe authenticity has to mean inflexibility.
To us, authenticity means honest flavors, quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality.
And when it comes to ingredients, we don’t cut corners.
We use real Thai spices, curry pastes, and specialty sauces imported from Thailand—items you won’t typically find in local grocery stores. That’s what gives our dishes their warm, familiar Thai flavor.

Here's what you need to know about our spring rolls: we make them. Like, actually make them. Every vegetable is cut by hand. Every roll is wrapped by hand. Every appetizer that leaves our kitchen was touched by human hands, not pulled from a freezer bag. Yeah, it takes more time. Yeah, it's more work. But one bite and you'll taste why we do it this way. Most of our appetizers are handmade too—because if we're going to put our name on it, we're going to make it right.
